Grisanti's...a classic Italian Memphis Restaurant

Recently I visited Grisanti's, an old favorite in East Memphis in the Embassy Suites. In this cozy atmosphere, many first dates have taken place. In this relativly moderate priced restaurant you can be assured of classic Italian food such as the Elfo Special, consisting of spaghetti tossed in butter with sauteed mushrooms.Veal is always on the menu and well prepared with creamed spinach on the side. All dishes are consistantly "yummy" and are certainly "cuisine".When you add a  glass of wine and perhaps dessert the tab will approach $ 100.00. But considering this is great  food in a romantic setting, especially at holiday time when it is decorated beautifully,it is always a hit when you want to "score". Oh ,yes it's "cuisine," for sure.
