There is Cuisine...Bosco's Squared
Well, believe it or not, there is cuisine in Memphis after all. I live in the suburbs of Memphis and my chief complaint every weekend is there is no fine food in Memphis, let alone "cuisine". All this involves some whining and indecision on my part, when trying to select a restaurant on Friday night. This past Saturday there was more whining going on, when my husband suggested Bosco's in Overton Square. We got seated relatively fast. The selection of wines by the glass were plentiful and service was prompt. I ordered the Nori Tuna with Jasmine Rice and sauteed vegetables. The tuna inside was rare with the crust outside cooked to the perfection. YUM! to say the least. The vegetables were sauteed and well seasoned . For dessert we shared strawberry cake, which appeared to be made on the premise. All this made for a delightful evening, so, no whining til next Friday.
